If you’ve checked out my social media posts lately, you probably saw that I recently had the amazing opportunity to meet the legendary John Carpenter, and see him perform.

Mixing this Dragon Green Eyes cocktail is easy – like Jack Burton always said, “It’s all in the reflexes.”

All in the Reflexes: Big Trouble in Little China Dragon Green Eyes Cocktail

    What You Need:

    • 1.5 oz Island Punch Pucker
    • 1.5 oz spiced rum
    • .75 oz coconut cream
    • .75 oz freshly-squeezed key lime juice
    • 2.25 oz pineapple juice
    • crushed ice

    What To Do:

    Fill a tall glass with crushed ice.

    Add in 1.5 ounces of Island Punch Pucker, 1.5 ounces of spiced rum, .75 ounches of  coconut cream, .75 ounces of freshly-squeezed key lime juice, and 2.25 ounces of pineapple juice.

    Stir to combine, and enjoy!
